This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Soleil Hair Tools collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.soleilhairtools.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Soleil Hair Tools.

Soleil Hair Tools Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept returns requested within 30 days of receipt. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. To request a refund please contact our customer service.

Once your return request is received by our Customer Service Department, we will notify you upon acceptance. This process can take up to 4 business days. Your item(s) must be shipped to our returns department in Los Angeles, CA. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns. Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial institutions.
We do not accept any returns and will not refund any items not purchased directly from soleilhairtools.com.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
*No refunds on all Afterpay orders, promotional bundles, and items discounted more than 40%.

Soleil Hair Tools Shipping/Delivery Policy

*Free shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any country outside of the US will have additional shipping charges applied. Please refer to the checkout page for the cost of shipping to the country selected.

Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours when placed Monday-Friday.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note that Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

International Shipping

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Soleil Hair Tools cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
